Pricing and ordering information can be obtained via phone, fax or e-mail. Please specify item(s), quantity, size, color and engraving requirements. All items must be pre-paid or credit approved prior to processing. Acceptable payments include - credit card, check or money order.

Terms & Conditions
Artwork: Lettering typed instructions, "We can not be responsible for spelling errors due to poorly hand written orders" Logos Black & White camera ready logo fax art not acceptable for logo reproduction. Color Logos color separations for each color and full color print of logo.
Art Preparation: Orders requiring set-up charges include one (1) hour of art preparation. Additional artwork will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Minimum art charge is $25.00
Production Time: Normal production time for most orders is 5 to 10 working days, large quantities may require 10 to 20 working days.
Cancellations & Changes: All cost incurred to cancellation date will be billed. Orders being changed after work has bee completed will be subject to additional charges.
Claims & Damages: It is the responsibility of the customer to make claims with the carrier, we will assist in every way possible.
Packaging: In most cases plaques are individually packaged. Trophies and other items are wrapped and boxed.
Rush Service: Special rush service is available. Please call for pricing.
Returned Items: All return items MUST be authorized, call (734) 461-1560 for RMA.
Shipping Charges: $1.50 per shipping carton plus freight charges "UPS Ground" unless otherwise specified.
Terms: Net 10 days for customers with established accounts. All other orders need to be pre-paid via credit card, check or money order. There is a $6.00 fee for items being sent C.O.D.
